Island Conversion Project
Challenge: Client did not have a designated work surface in kitchen for prepping or packaging food.
Solution: Converted an unused island into a food prep and packaging center by
- purging, sorting and categorizing storage containers, knives & utensils
- defining purpose for each section of island
- containerizing each section to identified kitchen items to be kept
Total Project Time: 3 hours

- Sorted by shape; stacked with lids
- Group like with like; sort by shape
- Everything in its place & a place for everything
- Lined and neatly ordered for easy & safe accessibility.
